Marie-Christin Barth from the Wolfgang Weigand Group at the Institute for Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry, Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany has received a short-term grant from the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst/German Academic Exchange Service for a visit abroad in Austria. She will be working with Ass.-Prof. Christian Kowol and Dr. Michael Jakupec in the group of Prof. Bernhard Keppler for three months to pursue her doctoral studies concerning the anticancer activity of platinum(IV) complexes.
